Mango Avocado Smoothie

This Mango Avocado Smoothie with fresh mango, avocado, and greek yogurt will boost your health and brighten your day! It is smooth, creamy, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango you can also use frozen mango that has been thawed
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup plain or greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Ice cubes 8-10 standard size ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Layer all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add more/less water depending on preference for thickness.
  3. Recipe makes 4 small smoothies/ 2 large smoothies

Notes

  • Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest smoothie.
  • Optional add-ins: protein powder, spinach, ground flax seed, chia seeds
  • Substitute the honey with agave or maple syrup if desired
