Ingredients

  • 1 Mango peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 bell pepper deseeded and diced
  • 1 - 2 jalapeno pepper deseeded and diced
  • 3 green onions diced
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/4 /4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • pinch kosher salt optional

Instructions

  1. Stir together the mango, pepper, jalapeno, onion, and blueberries in a medium bowl. Add cilantro, lime juice and salt, if using. Stir well to combine all ingredients and then serve.

Notes

  • Makes 3 1/2 cups.
