Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 3 mangos , pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add water, sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil on medium-high stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add in the chopped mangos, raisins, dates, ginger, garlic powder, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Reduce to medium low heat and cook for 20-30 minutes until the mangoes are softened and broken down into a sauce.
  4. Let cool before serving.
