Mango Dipping Sauce Recipe
This easy to make mango dipping sauce recipe goes great with so many different dishes. From sushi and rice bowls to chicken nuggets and grilled meats, you can serve this delicious sauce any way you like.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (200 grams, 7.60 ounces) mango, fresh or frozen, cut into small pieces (see note 1 if using frozen)
- 2 teaspoons honey or to taste
- 1 ½ tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 2 to 3 tablespoons water optional
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, place the mango, honey, lime (or lemon) juice, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Blend until smooth and the ingredients are combined.
- Taste for seasoning, and add more salt or honey if desired.
- If you want your sauce to be thinner in consistency, add a bit of water and mix through until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered until chilled.

Notes
- If you are using sweet mangoes, you may need to reduce the amount of honey you use. If you mangoes are sour, you may need to add a bit more honey.
- If using frozen mango, thaw you mango before use.
