Ingredients

  • 2 large Mango chopped, ripe
  • 2 habanero pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion red, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to your desired consistency. Taste and adjust lime juice or salt to your preference.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or as desired. Store leftover salsa in the fridge, covered, for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days to retain freshness.
  • For extended storage, freeze the salsa in a freezer-safe container for up to two months.
  • After thawing, re-stir and adjust lime juice and salt to refresh the flavors before serving.
