Ingredients
- 2 large Mango chopped, ripe
- 2 habanero pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup onion red, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems, fresh
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to your desired consistency. Taste and adjust lime juice or salt to your preference.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as desired. Store leftover salsa in the fridge, covered, for up to 5 days.
