Mango Lassi
Mango Lassi is a refreshing Indian drink made with frozen mango, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, fresh lemon juice, and a little cardamom.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango frozen
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk whole
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch cardamom , optional
Instructions
- Add the mango, yogurt, milk, honey and lemon juice to a high speed blender.
- Blend for 1 minute or until smooth or creamy.
- Top with cardamom.
