Mango Lassi Recipe
This Mango Lassi recipe is thick, creamy, and packed with fruity tropical flavor! By simply blending frozen mango with Greek yogurt, milk, and a hint of earthy cardamom and cinnamon, you'll have this Indian favorite ready to sip on in under 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango frozen
- 1 (5.3-ounce) PLAIN yogurt container
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, optional
- ¾ cup milk regular, oat, soy, or a nut-based milk
- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom or cinnamon
- mint for garnish, optional, fresh
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl or blender, if needed, every 10-15 seconds to ensure everything is combined.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of additional cardamom or cinnamon and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!
Notes
- Frozen Mango: You can either cut a fresh mango and freeze it for at least 4 hours, or buy already frozen mango from the store.
- Milk: Opt for a full-fat milk for the creamiest texture.
- Blend with Ease: If using previously frozen mango, pull it out of the freezer for 15-20 minutes before making for easier blending.
