Mango Lassi Recipe

Smooth and creamy yogurt smoothie with the rich and flavorful aroma of mangoes and saffron.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup PLAIN yogurt plain low fat yogurt works too
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend all the the ingredients together for 2 minutes in a blender. Add more water if you like a thinner consistency. Chill and Enjoy!

Notes

  • Note: You can also use an immersion blender to make mango lassi.
