  • 2 oz. Cointreau Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
  • 1.5 oz. lime juice freshly squeezed, or 3 tablespoons
  • 1 Tbsp. agave nectar optional

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients, except the agave nectar, to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
  2. Blend in the agave nectar until your desired sweetness is reached. Serve the mango margarita in a salted rim with a wedge of lime and enjoy!

Notes

  • How to prep ahead of time: Squeeze a whole lime up to 1 to 2 days before. The mango can be cut and frozen several weeks in advance.
  • How to store: Frozen margarita won't last in the fridge, so enjoy it right away!
  • How to freeze: Place leftover mango margaritas in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 to 3 months. You can also use a freezer bag if needed.
