Mango Matcha Smoothie

A super healthy mango green tea matcha recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango large, ripe, peeled and stoned
  • 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder I used teapigs organic matcha
  • 1/2 tsp ginger minced
  • 240 ml almond milk 1 cup
  • date syrup optional, or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend everything together and serve.

Notes

  • For non vegans - 125ml (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt and 125ml (1/2 cup) water instead of the almond milk. [br]Add more matcha if you want a stronger taste.
