Mango Matcha Smoothie
A super healthy mango green tea matcha recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 Mango large, ripe, peeled and stoned
- 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder I used teapigs organic matcha
- 1/2 tsp ginger minced
- 240 ml almond milk 1 cup
- date syrup optional, or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
- Blend everything together and serve.

Notes
- For non vegans - 125ml (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt and 125ml (1/2 cup) water instead of the almond milk. [br]Add more matcha if you want a stronger taste.
