Mango Milkshake (4-ingredient Pakistani Recipe)
This easy, four-ingredient Pakistani mango milkshake, made with mango chunks, mango puree, milk and a dash of sugar is a creamy delight.
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk whole
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¾ cup Mango see notes, diced
- 1 cup Mango see notes, pulp
Instructions
- Make sure all your ingredients are well chilled before you start to make the milkshake. (see notes)
- Add the milk, sugar, diced mango, and mango pulp in that order to your blender jar.
- Blend on the highest setting for 2-3 minutes, until you have a smooth and creamy mixture and serve.
Notes
- Mango: You can use fresh or frozen mango chunks, depending on what is easiest for you.
- Mango pulp: I always like adding South Asian mango pulp to my shake for a more authentic flavor.
- Chilling the ingredients: I like to chill my blender jar and all the ingredients so my milkshake is also well-chilled.
