Made with the goodness of fresh mango, this mango oats breakfast smoothie is thick, creamy, light. and keep you full for longer. Also, it is vegan and contains no added sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango ripe & sweet, chopped
- 1 banana medium size
- ½ cup quick oats dry roasted, or rolled oats
- 10-12 cashew nuts
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup water chilled, filtered
- 1 teaspoon basil seeds optional, for topping
Instructions
- Dry roast the oats on a pan for 1-2 minutes and once cooled down transfer to a blending jar along with chopped mangoes, banana, and vanilla essence. Then blend until smooth.
- Check for consistency, add more water if required.
- Serve cold sprinkling some basil seeds if adding and enjoy!
