Mango Popsicles

These Mango Popsicles will surely cool you off on a hot summer day. Made with only three simple, healthy ingredients, they're fruity and super refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Mango thawed, frozen chunks
  • 9 tablespoons coconut milk full-fat
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey or agave

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into silicone popsicle molds (leaving a little room at the top) and place in the sticks.
  3. Freeze until set, about 4 hours.
  4. To remove, run some warm water over the molds and lift out the popsicles
  5. EAT!
