Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 ripe Mango diced
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, finely chopped red onion, and finely chopped green chilli.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture. The lime juice will add a zesty flavour to the salsa.
- Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves to the bowl for a burst of freshness.
- Season the mixture with 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of sugar. Adjust the salt and chilli to your taste preference.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Allow the mango salsa to sit for about 15 minutes to let the flavours meld together.
