Mango Salsa
This Mango Salsa recipe is a vibrant and refreshing dip that you can eat with tortillas or you can put on top of dishes like Jerk Chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Mango diced, fresh
- 1 cup red bell pepper diced
- ½ medium red onion diced, sized
- 1 medium- jalapeño cored with ribs and seeds removed, diced
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin ground
- salt to taste
- 1 juice lime
- 2 Tbsp cilantro minced, fresh
Instructions
- Add the diced mango, bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion to a large bowl.
- Stir in the lime juice and seasonings, and adjust the salt to taste.
- Serve with chips or over-grilled chicken or fish, enjoy!
