Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mango diced, fresh
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ medium red onion diced, sized
  • 1 medium- jalapeño cored with ribs and seeds removed, diced
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin ground
  • salt to taste
  • 1 juice lime
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro minced, fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the diced mango, bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the lime juice and seasonings, and adjust the salt to taste.
  3. Serve with chips or over-grilled chicken or fish, enjoy!
