Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos finely diced
- 1/3 cup red onion (from 1/4 onion)
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- Juice from 1 lime juice
- 1 Jalapeño seeds removed and finely diced OR 1 serrano, diced
- kosher salt to taste
