Ingredients
- 2 Mango medium ripe
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
- lime juice and zest of 1
- 1 garlic grated, small clove
- ½ jalapeño minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt more to taste, sea salt
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangos according to this method.
