Ingredients

  • 2 Mango medium ripe
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
  • lime juice and zest of 1
  • 1 garlic grated, small clove
  • ½ jalapeño minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt more to taste, sea salt

  1. Peel and dice the mangos according to this method.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mango, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, and salt. Chill until ready to use.
