Ingredients

  • 2 Mango 2 cups chopped, fresh or frozen, ripe
  • 1 ½ cups milk or dairy free vegan milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, or maple syrup
  • ice omit if using frozen mango chunks, small handful

  1. Peel the mangoes and chop into chunks, avoiding the fibrous centre (or use store bought frozen mango chunks).
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and whiz until smooth and thick. Enjoy!
