Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango frozen, pieces
  • 1/2 banana medium
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice, unsweetened vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen mango pieces, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth consistency. Use a tamper or pause to stir with a spoon if necessary for even blending.
  3. Adjust the thickness by adding more milk if desired. Once it reaches your preferred consistency, pour into glasses.
