This delicious and refreshing smoothie combines mangoes and green tea to give you a nice boost of energy in the morning! It makes a great breakfast or mid-afternoon snack when you need a little pick-me-up.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes or 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 green tea bags
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- honey optional
Instructions
- Add the tea bags to the hot water, then place in the freezer to cool while you are preparing the rest of the smoothie.
- Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, and place the flesh in the blender. Add the ice, one half of a frozen banana, and 1 tablespoon of honey if you like.
- Then remove the tea from the freezer and discard the tea bags. Pour the tea in the blender, cover, and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
