Maple Apple Bars
Maple Apple Bars are delicious and super easy to make with brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and Granny Smith Apple chunks.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar , packed
- 1/2 cup butter , melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 apple peeled, cored and chopped, Granny Smith variety
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 9x13 baking dish with baking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
- Add in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Stir in the apples.
- Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
