Maple Bacon Sweet Potatoes
You're going to love how simple these are to make. Even my non-sweet-potato-lovers enjoyed this recipe. I think it has something to do with the maple and the bacon. I mean, duh.

Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 lices Bacon fried and chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Peel and wash the potatoes and dice into bite sized pieces. Place potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Add the maple syrup and olive oil to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Pour mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with bacon, parsley, salt, and pepper.
