Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder adjust the amount to the level of spiciness you prefer

  1. Preheat grill to high and lightly oil grate.
  2. In a small bowl mix together barbecue sauce, maple syrup, and chipotle chile powder.
  3. Brush sauce on the pork to cover the entire pork tenderloin.
  4. Cook the pork on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until it has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, which takes about 20 minutes.
