Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Optional additions:
  • onion powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder; 1/8 tsp. garlic powder; 1-2 Tbsp. tahini; salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors if needed. (More syrup for sweeter, more vinegar for tang, etc.) For a creamy, thicker version whisk in 1-2 Tbsp. tahini.
