Maple Dijon Dressing (Vegan Honey Mustard!)
Only 3 ingredients and a delicious blend of sweet and tangy! Enjoy it as a salad dressing, condiment, or dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Optional additions:
- onion powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder; 1/8 tsp. garlic powder; 1-2 Tbsp. tahini; salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavors if needed. (More syrup for sweeter, more vinegar for tang, etc.) For a creamy, thicker version whisk in 1-2 Tbsp. tahini.
