Maple Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing
A tangy, sweet Maple Dijon Vinaigrette that takes less than 2 minutes to shake up and drizzle over your favorite salads.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a lidded jar, add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, olive oil, and salt. Cover with lid and shake until ingredients are combined. Refrigerate the leftover dressing for 1 week or up to a month.
