Maple-Roasted Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 lb thick-cut bacon
- 2-3 tbsp real maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place two wire cooling racks on a rimmed baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray.
- Arrange the bacon on top of the wire racks in one layer.
- Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until starting to become golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush each slice of bacon with real maple syrup.
- Place back into the oven and continue to roast for another 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate to remove the excess grease.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.
