Ingredients
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove finely minced
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Add the tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt to a small bowl
- Whisk well then add 1 tablespoon of cold water and whisk again. If you'd like it thinner, add another tablespoon of cold water.
- Either use the dressing right away or transfer it to a clean glass jar and store it in your fridge for up to 10 days. It will thicken when it's cold. Bring it to room temperature or stir in more water.
