Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove finely minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt to a small bowl
  2. Whisk well then add 1 tablespoon of cold water and whisk again. If you'd like it thinner, add another tablespoon of cold water.
  3. Either use the dressing right away or transfer it to a clean glass jar and store it in your fridge for up to 10 days. It will thicken when it's cold. Bring it to room temperature or stir in more water.
