Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Margarita Mix
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cilantro, pepper, garlic powder, salt, margarita mix, sugar and olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Pour over chicken in a resealable plastic bag or bowl. Marinate 2 hours.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken on a lightly oiled grate until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, which should take about 7 minutes per side.
