Margherita Pizza Sauce

This simple delicious sauce is perfect for pizza, bread dip, or pasta!

Ingredients

  • 28 oz San Marzano Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh basil to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor blend the tomatoes, salt, and oil till smooth.
  2. Add the sauce to a saucepan and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Garnish with minced basil and serve, spread, or dip, enjoy!
