Marinated AIP Mozzarella Cheese
Use this Marinated AIP Mozzarella Cheese recipe as the base for any charcuterie board. It’s a delicious and simple recipe that is sure to impress your Whole30, Paleo/AIP and dairy free peeps.
Ingredients
- 1 mozzarella cheese AIP (Autoimmune Protocol
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 garlic minced, clove
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Slice the cheese and place it in a resealable container or serving dish. The dish needs to be big enough to hold the slices of cheese and be immersed in the oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, seasonings, garlic and salt. Stir to combine. Then pour over the cheese.
- Let the cheese sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes then serve.
