Ingredients
- 1 AIP Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Slice the cheese and place it in a resealable container or serving dish. The dish needs to be big enough to hold the slices of cheese and be immersed in the oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, seasonings, garlic and salt. Stir to combine. Then pour over the cheese.
- Let the cheese sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes then serve.
