Marinated AIP Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 AIP Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice the cheese and place it in a resealable container or serving dish. The dish needs to be big enough to hold the slices of cheese and be immersed in the oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, seasonings, garlic and salt. Stir to combine. Then pour over the cheese.
  3. Let the cheese sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes then serve.

Notes

  • Here’s the AIP Mozzarella Cheese recipe that I used. 
  • This recipe is more about assembling. No real cooking necessary so it’s great for kids.
  • Give yourself plenty of time to prepare the AIP Mozzarella Cheese recipe as that’s not included in the prep time.
