Marinated Cucumbers

These marinated cucumbers are made with just 4 ingredients - cucumbers, dill, garlic & salt. After just 2 hours, they taste better than any jarred variety!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Dill diced
  • 4 garlic cloves pressed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and split the cucumber into 2-4 long spears. To the cucumbers add the salt, dill and garlic. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Let the cucumbers marinate for at least 2 hours and keep them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
