Marshmallow Toffee Blondies

These easy blondies are chewy, gooey, and everyone's favorite dessert! They are perfect for parties, game day, or EVERY day!

Ingredients

  • 2  1/4 cups all-purpose flour brand Kroger
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1  1/2 cups light brown sugar packed, Kroger brand
  • 12 tablespoons butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 egg at room temperature, large, Kroger brand
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract pure
  • 1  1/4 cup mini marshmallows Kroger brand
  • 1  1/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Toffee bits or chopped Heath or Skor candy bars
  • salt for sprinkling on blondies, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the melted butter and brown sugar together until combined and smooth, about 1 minute. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix on low, just until combined. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and toffee bits.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with the spatula. Sprinkle blondies with a little sea salt, if desired. I highly recommend it:)
  6. Bake for 30-32 minutes or until the top of the bars are light golden brown and the edges start to pull away from the pan. Cool bars on a wire rack to room temperature. Cut blondies into squares and serve.
