- 1½ oz. vermouth
- 1½ oz. gin
- A few drops of orange bitters
- lemon zest (or green olives)
- Ice cubes

- Cocktail spoon
- Cocktail strainer
- Martini glass
Instructions
- Place the martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a shaker, place the ice cubes then pour the vermouth, the gin, and a few drops of orange bitters.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Place the strainer on the shaker, then pour the content into the martini glass (discard the ice cubes).
- Finish by adding the garnish, either a zest of lemon or one or two green olives.
