Mashed Sweet Potatoes With Lemon Basil Sauce features oven-roasted sweet potatoes mashed until smooth, complemented by a fresh sauce of chopped parsley, basil, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. The dish is finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for a touch of color and brightness. This combination yields a creamy, vibrant side that balances the sweetness of the potatoes with herbaceous and citrus notes.
