These matcha balls are such a delightful snack! They’re creamy, flavorful, and so easy to make. You only need a handful of ingredients to make these matcha energy balls and they come together in minutes! These matcha protein balls make for the perfect make-ahead snack.

Ingredients
- 4½ tablespoons almond butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 4 teaspoons matcha
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, salt, maple syrup, and almond butter to a small food processor.
- Pulse the mixture together until it resembles wet sand. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop and roll into balls.
- Dust the energy balls with matcha powder if desired. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
