- 50 ml heavy whipping cream cold (at least 36% milkfat)
- 50 ml whole milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or to taste
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, matcha powder and sugar in a tall mason jar.
- Use an electric handheld frother to froth the mixture, just until aerated and slightly foamy. Be careful not to overwhip.
- Add to your favorite coffee, matcha tea latte, or any drink you like.
