Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, matcha, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined. Cover and put the mixture into the fridge (or individual containers) for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 
  3. When ready to enjoy, top with some chopped fruit or berries, etc, and enjoy!
