- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, matcha, and maple syrup in a bowl.
