Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 coops vanilla protein powder (60 grams)
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach (a bit over 2 cups loosely packed)
  • 2½ teaspoons matcha
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  1. To a blender, add the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, baby spinach, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and add more maple syrup if desired.
