Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 8 ounces clam juice
  • 6 ounces clams 1 can, baby
  • 1 can mexicorn Green Giant brand
  • 6 trips Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 pound potato peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan (except for evaporated milk), bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 10-15 or until vegetables are soft. Add evaporated milk, bring almost to a boil and serve immediately.
