If you are looking for the best frozen roast potatoes to cook in the air fryer, then it doesn’t get more crispy and fluffy than McCain roast potatoes, or as they call them, triple cooked roasts.

- 1 Pack Frozen McCain Roasts
- extra virgin olive oil spray

- Philips Air Fryer
Instructions
- Remove your frozen roasts from its packaging and place into the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the roast potatoes and then spray with extra virgin olive oil. Cook for a further 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the air fryer and increase the temperature to 200c/400f and cook for a final 8 minutes before serving.

- Spray – Spraying with extra virgin olive oil is 100% optional. It makes your roasties very crispy and crunchy like if you cooked them in the oven.
- Cooked. The McCain roast potatoes will be cooked at the end of step 2, step 3 is just there to make them crispy.
