Meatball Parmesan Sliders

These super tasty and super easy meatball sliders come together in minutes and are great as a heavy appetizer or as a full meal. Everyone will love the Italian flavors and you will love how easy it is to make!

Ingredients

  • 24 Kings Hawaiian Rolls (2 12pk packages)
  • 24 meatballs You can use frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
For the garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. Make the garlic butter by combining all of the ingredients and mixing well.
  3. Arrange the rolls in a 9x13" pan so that they fit snugly. Use a serrated knife to cut a hole out of the middle of each roll. Brush the tops and side the hole with the garlic butter mixture evenly. Bake for 6-8 minutes to melt the butter and toast the rolls. Then remove from oven.
  4. Mix the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Use half the cheese to place a small amount in each of the holes in the rolls. Stuff a meatball into the hole on top of the cheese, then top the meatball with a dollop of sauce. Sprinkle the remaining half of the cheese over the top of the sandwiches.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are hot and the cheese is melted.
