Mediterranean Chicken Tray Bake
This easy Mediterranean Chicken Tray Bake cooks hands-free in the oven in just 30 minutes, comes together with just a few simple ingredients and is absolutely delicious when served in salads, sandwiches and bowl meals.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast boneless skinless
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley dried
- ½ teaspoon dill dried
- ½ teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin slices.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl, stirring to coat.
- Spread the seasoned chicken onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately once cooked.
