Mediterranean Grilled Vegetable & Hummus Plate
Mediterranean grilled vegetables, pita bread & feta cheese are served with an assortment of hummus varieties on a delicious veggie & hummus plate!
Ingredients
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 yellow squash large
- 1 zucchini large
- 12 mini pepper
- 1 cup Pepperoncini whole
- 8 oz baby bella mushrooms whole
- 8 oz feta cheese block form
- 10 oz hummus roasted red pepper
- 10 oz hummus roasted garlic flavor
Instructions
- Slice the pita bread into triangles.
- Slice the yellow squash and zucchini in half lengthwise, in half through the middle, then slice into sticks.
- Place the squash, zucchini, mini peppers, peperoncinis and baby bella mushrooms on the grill.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Add the pita bread to the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Add the whole feta cheese block to the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or just until it begins to melt.
- Remove everything from the grill and arrange on a large cutting board with the Sabra Roasted Red Pepper and Roasted Garlic Hummus.
