Ingredients

  • 1 container (about 16oz) store-bought hummus
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a sprinkle of smoked paprika  optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Spread the hummus evenly on a serving platter or shallow bowl.
  2. Add the Toppings: Layer the cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese over the hummus.
  3. Finish with Herbs and Oil: Sprinkle the parsley and oregano on top, then drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season: Add a sprinkle of smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
