Mediterranean Marinated Olives
Mediterranean Marinated Olives are seasoned with fragrant ingredients such as crushed garlic, orange and lemon peels, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, zaatar, and fresh rosemary. The olives absorb the bright citrus and herb flavors through a short marinade process, enhancing their natural briny taste. The recipe calls for combining all ingredients and allowing the olives to marinate for at least an hour, making it a simple yet flavorful appetizer or snack.

- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups olive mixed varieties
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
