Our Mediterranean version of a charcuterie board, this mezze platter is piled high with meats cheeses, fruits, vegetables, dips, and spreads.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces hummus
- 8 ounces tzatziki
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 8 ounces prosciutto
- 8 ounces salami
- 16 ounces fresh figs
- 8 ounces olives
- 16 ounces grapes
- 2 cucumbers
- 8 ounces grape tomatoes
- 4 ounces pistachios
- 8 ounces Tabbouleh
- Assorted bread and crackers
Instructions
- Place a few small bowls for your dips and spreads on a large platter or board. You can also use small bowls or baskets to hold the bread items.
- Arrange your ingredients around the bowls creating a flow of foods across the board. There is no right or wrong way you just want to create a full board with delicious little snacks covering every inch.
- Place the bread and crackers on the board, or you can place all or some of them in baskets or bowls alongside the platter. I usually do a mix of both since you can never have too much bread.
