Mediterranean Stuffed Celery Sticks
Entertain this season with flavorful Mediterranean Stuffed Celery Sticks. The perfect after-school snack or snack for the next sporting event to watch!
Ingredients
- 12 celery sticks pre-cut
- ½ cup hummus
- 1 plum tomato diced
- ¼ cup cucumber diced
- ⅓ cup kalamata olives
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese
Instructions
- Place the Dandy Brand pre-cut celery stick son a platter. Scoop the hummus into a ziplock bag. Cut the corner of the baggy, and pipe hummus on to each celery stick.
- Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, cucumber and kalamata olives on top of each celery stick. Sprinkle the feta on top, enjoy immediately or refrigerate and serve when guest arrive.
Notes
- Celery - I love to use pre-cut celery it makes the prep time that much quicker.
- Toppings - You can pre-chop the cucumbers and tomatoes up to a day prior.
