Mediterranean Vegetable Frittata

Ingredients
- 6 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced
- 1/3 cup kalamata olive chopped
- 1 1/2 cups spinach chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 8 inch pie pan or quiche dish.
- Whisk up eggs and milk until well blended. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set.
