  • water for boiling

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the eggs and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
  2. Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water using a spoon or ladle.
  3. Boil the eggs for exactly 8 minutes for a medium consistency.
  4. Prepare a bowl of ice water while the eggs are cooking.
  5. Once cooked, immediately transfer the eggs to the ice water to cool for 2-4 minutes, stopping the cooking process.
  6. Peel the eggs under running water to remove the shell easily, then serve as desired.
